(October 9, 2021, Shanghai) Hilong Petroleum Pipe Company LLC (“Hilong Petroleum Pipe”), a subsidiary of Hilong Group, recently signed a drill pipe supply contract with ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC (ADNOC Drilling). This contract covers provisions for high-performance drill pipes for onshore land rigs, jack-up rigs and island rigs operated by ADNOC Drilling. The drill pipes will be used in a total of 20 rigs operated by ADNOC Drilling on land, artificial islands, and the ocean. The contract is valued at approximately US$69 million.
Cao Yuhong ,Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oilfield Equipment of Hilong Group ,said: "This is the second contract between Hilong Petroleum Pipe Company LLC and ADNOC Drilling Since signing a purchase order for HL120S high-strength hydrogen sulfide drill pipes with the National Drilling Company in August 2019. The signing of this contract not only clearly demonstrates the reliable quality and excellent service of Hilong's high-performance drill pipes, but also shows that ADNOC recognizes Hilong's products and services. This contract will further enhance Hilong’s ability to provide effective drill string solutions for complex well conditions and will provide a solid foundation for Hilong to enter the high-end drilling market."
